Sammy Wheeler Obituary
Mr. Sammy Lee Wheeler, age 75, of Belfast, TN died Oct. 28, 2024. Born in Bedford Co., TN, Mr. Wheeler was the son of the late William Thomas Wheeler and Jenny Adgent Wheeler. He was a retired machine operator with Lifeway Christians Resources. Mr. Wheeler also worked as a supervisor with Heilig-Meyers Furniture.He was a member of Shelbyville Church of God of Prophesy He enjoyed attending church, photography, bowling, and playing croquet. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Lora Wheeler.
Survived by his wife of 29 years,Glenda Kemp Wheeler of Belfast, TN; 2 daughters, Melissa Whitehead of Summertown, TN and Alisha Tramel of Lebanon, TN; 2 sons, Phillip Wheeler of Manchester, TN and Sammie Wheeler, Jr of Ashland City, TN; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2PM, November 17, 2024 at Shebyville Church o f God of Prophesy, 1014 Lane St., Shelbyville, TN 37160
