Samuel Patrick Burnam, was born, October 20, 1965, in Bowling Green, KY, to the late Bobbie Joe Burnam and Barbara Covington Burnam (survives). Patrick was a graduate of Bowling Green High School and served six years in the United States Army receiving the Army Service ribbon, Rifle M16-Marksman, Overseas Service ribbon, and Hand Grenade Expert awards. Patrick was a member of the Next Level Church and a former employee of Lockheed-Martin and Community Action.
Patrick loved to travel, golf, collect baseball cards, old cars and photography. But nothing made him as happy as grill time with family and friends. A devoted Louisville Cardinal, Tennessee Titan and Tennessee Volunteer fan.
Patrick passed from this world to his eternal resting place on, Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Skyline Medical Center, Nashville, Tennessee, at the age of 56 years, 5 months and 12 days.
To cherish the memory of Samuel Patrick Burnam he leaves his children, Cydnee Burnam, Chandler Burnam and Donovan Crowe; mother, Barbara Covington Burnam; siblings, Gordon (Clara) Burnam, Donna (Ana) Burnam and Dana Cozetta Burnam; nephews, Ghavin Johnson, Trey Starks; nieces, Shadonna Burnam, Jo'Lyssa Beason; aunts & uncles, Gary Anthony, Thomas Anthony, Wilma
Roberson, Betty Ann Beason, Vickie Rollins, Linda Sue Rollins, Shelia Anthony, Jean Anthony; special friends, Chris Johnson, Danny DeWalt, Roderick Jackson, Chris Parrish, Ronnie Rhodes, Mike Pillow; other relatives and friends. Along with his father, Patrick was predeceased by nephew Jotez Beason.
