Samuel Campos Obituary
Sammy grew up and lived in Lockhart where he enjoyed singing karaoke, riding his motorcycle, and being around his family. He loved spending quality time with his family and had many friends.
Sammy was born to Sisto Manuel Campos and Amalia Rivas Mendoza on August 12, 1965, in Landstuhl, Germany.
Sammy is survived by his daughter, Korynne Campos (Cameron Watkins) and granddaughter, Josie Mae; and five siblings, Guillermo Campos, Regina Ygnacio, Emmanuel (Norma) Campos, Javier (Jennifer) Campos, Joaquin Mendoza; several nephews and nieces; Christopher (Lupe) Ygnacio, Markus (Vanessa) Ygnacio, Monique Ygnacio, Ezekiel Sanchez, Abby (Jarrett) Sebastian, Grace Campos, Ethan Campos, Emmarie Mendoza (Albert Medellin), Juan Joaquin Mendoza, Aliana Mendoza, Jace Mendoza, Miguel Campos (Angela Muniz), Jacob Campos.
As well as great nephews and nieces Aiden Campos, Jacqueline Ygnacio, Gabriella Ygnacio, Markus Ygnacio, Trinity Ygnacio, Giselle Rendon, Gianna Rendon, Keegan Sebastian, Kynadee Sebastian, Krew Sebastian, Juan Medellin and Isabella Medellin, and aunts and uncles; Mike (Ruth) Gonzales, Frank Gonzales, Sylvia (Martin) Herron, David (Patti) Gonzales and Dora Rivera (Margaret).
Sammy leaves behind a legacy of love and fierce strength that will continue to inspire those who know him. His infectious laughter, unwavering love, and support for his family will never be forgotten.
Sammy is preceded in death by Sisto Manuel Campos (father), Amalia Rivas Mendoza (mother), and Evan Campos (nephew).
