Samuel Irvin Obituary

Sam was the beloved son of Mark and Deb Irvin, brother of Alexander, loving Fianc' of Kenzie Santucci and was an expectant father. He is also survived by grandparents, many aunts, uncles, treasured cousins, dear friends, fellow police officers and teammates.
Sam graduated from Northern Burlington Regional High School in 2018 where he played football, basketball, and baseball. He earned his AAS from Mercer County Community College and a BA in Criminal Justice from Wilmington University. He was a baseball captain in both high school and college and earned Baseball America Second-Team Academic All-American. Sam was most proud to have recently graduated from the Gloucester Police Academy and joining the Mansfield Twp NJ Police Department as a patrolman.
Sam will be dearly missed by his family, friends and fellow officers.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023, from 11 AM to 1 PM in the Columbus Baptist Church, 24260 W. Main St., Columbus, NJ 08022. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1 PM. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Go-Fund Me account for Sam and Kenzie's expected baby, due February 2024. https://gofund.me/359a8241
