Sandra K. Blosser, 81, of Middletown died Friday, November 7, 2025 at UPMC Community Osteopathic Hospital, Lower Paxton Twp.
A graduate of Mechanicsburg High School, she was a bartender for Trindle Inn Bar and Grill, Carlisle and also worked for many years as a data entry specialist for Frey Communications, Mechanicsburg. She was a member of VFW Post 743, Mt. Holly Springs. Perhaps one of Sandy’s most appealing characteristics was resiliency.
She was born February 14, 1944 in Mechanicsburg to the late William H. and Mary Madeline (Forbes) Baker. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dean Blosser and brother, William Baker, Jr.
She is survived by her brother, Dennis E. Baker (Cynthia) of Middletown; sister, Barbara Fickes of Grand Junction, CO; nephews, Jamie L. Baker of Middletown and Scott Fickes of Gypsum, CO; Niece, Lisa Osborne of Grand Junction, CO; great niece, Tabatha Greason and her daughter, Cataleya of Grand Junction, CO; and very close friends, Donna & Danny Gramm of Mechanicsburg.
Per Sandy’s wishes, please celebrate her life and friendship in your own special way.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to the funeral home to help with end-of-life expenses.
