Sandra Hoffman Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 21, 2025.
Sandra Jean Hoffman

January 20, 1942 - July 12, 2025

With hearts full of love and sorrow, we share the passing of Sandra Jean Hoffman, who left this world on July 12, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona, at the age of 83.

Born in the quiet hills of Honobia, Oklahoma, on January 20, 1942, Sandra carried a light within her that never dimmed. A hairstylist by trade and a fashion model in her early years, she had a gift for making the world a more beautiful place - not just with her hands, but with her spirit.

Sandra was a devoted mother to three sons: Guy Charles Hoffman, Richard Allen Hoffman, and Bradley Douglas Hoffman. Her love for them was fierce and enduring. Though her son Richard "Dickie" preceded her in death, his memory lived always in her heart.

Sandra lived life in motion - roller skating, riding bikes and motorcycles, working out, and never missing a chance to chase the sun. She had a love for the beach, a need for speed, and an energy that seemed limitless. Her unforgettable smile and joyful spirit drew people in wherever she went.

She leaves behind her sons Guy Hoffman and Bradley Hoffman, her sister Sheila Ussery, her grandsons Chad Hoffman and Shea Hoffman, and her beloved great-granddaughters, Madilyn and Emma. Her legacy lives on in their laughter, strength, and stories yet to be told. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, David and Ola May Pole, and siblings, John, David Jr., Margaret, Ruth, and Martha.

A Celebration of Life for Sandra will take place at Trinity Baptist Church, 728 N 5th St, Lakeview, Oregon 97630, on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 10:00am, with Pastor Eric Sorenson officiating as family and friends gather to honor her life and legacy. Lunch will follow the service. Please join us!
