In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by two brothers: Donald Jones and DeVan Jones; one sister Helen Clark.
Bay had a loving heart that left a beacon of light for all she encountered. Her life truly speaks for itself. A life lived with the purpose to Love, Teach, and Encourage. She will be dearly missed by all who Loved her.
Bay is survived by her daughter: Jade Locklear Hunt (Patrick) of the home; her son: Conan Locklear (Krystal) of Rowland; nine loving grandchildren: Ambria, Ethan, Lydia (Josh), Karis, Lavender, Newa'ah, Asher, Landon, and Zailey; one great-grandchild: Ada-Rae. Also one who felt like her daughter: Chelsea; one brother, Jeffery Jones (Robin) of Pembroke, NC; three sisters: Sanna Faye Jones of Pembroke, NC, Wilma Dial (Buddy), Bobbie Leviner (Dearl) both of Rowland, NC; two sisters-in-law: Beneva Jones and Shirley Jones; the best of friends: Jami, Audrey, and Robin as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Boles Funeral Home of Rowland will be serving the family.
