Sandra M. McHugh

Sandra M. McHugh passed away Friday, December 19, 2025.
Born January 30, 1989, she is the daughter of Kevin and Meredith Woolverton of Pittston, PA. Sandra was a graduate of West Scranton High School, and was a member of the school marching band and concert band. She was chosen for honors band at Marywood College while in high school. She was also a member West Scranton Track and Field; and Swim team. She recently sang songs at open mics in the Scranton area.
Sandra was employed as an esthetician and owned her own salon at Sandra's Skin and Beauty Bar in Throop. Sandra was loved by so many. Her friends and family describe her as one of a kind with a beautiful soul.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her children Micayla, Taylor, Alayna, and Cameron; her siblings Jessica Vozza of Dickson City, Francis Schulze, of Nanticoke, Joseph Schulze of Pittston. She is also survived by her fiance Nigel Barns of Edwardsville.
A celebration of Life service will be conducted Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the Back Mountain Harvest Church, 340 Carverton Road, Trucksville, PA.
Friends and family may call from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the church.
Following the service, refreshments will be served in the Hub near the entrance of the church.
