Sandra Josephine McPhee

Strafford, New Hampshire: Sandra Josephine McPhee, 82, of Whig Hill passed away peacefully on Tuesday,
December 10, 2024.
She was born on January 25, 1942, in Salem, Massachusetts; the only child of John and Josephine [Ciesinski]
Demboski. Sandra (Sandy) was the loving wife of Frank (Bud) McPhee Jr. for 64 years, and an avid gardener. She loved people and her enthusiasm and friendliness were contagious. She worked for Seacoast Party Sales in the 1970's doing direct MLM sales for Tupperware. Continuing to develop her people and sales skills, she worked for Longueil Realty after the family moved to West Nottingham from Hampton Falls. She became a real estate agent and then a Realtor and opened a real estate business partnership as McFarland, Groth and McPhee Realty, in Northwood. She continued to operate "MGM Realty" after the partners left and until she retired. Sandy loved to help people find their dream homes and had many repeat clients over the years that became close friends.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Frank (Bud), and five children and spouses; Victoria (Vickie) Boone and her
husband, John of Machias, Maine; Frank (Skip) III and his wife Laurie, of Northwood, NH; Linda Smith and her
husband, David of Prescott, AZ; Diane Woodside and her husband, Dan of Strafford, NH; Kristen McPhee-Upton
and her husband, Chris of Dover, NH; ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, her cousin Walter Sikut and his wife Helen (Cookie) of Pelham, NH and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents and her grandson, Cliff (CJ) Muise.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to local charities.
A Celebration of Sandra's life will be held from 10AM to 12 noon on Saturday, January 25th, 2025,
at Purdy Memorial Chapel, 2 Concord Road (Route 4) in Lee, New Hampshire.
A private family service will follow.
