Sandra S. Nelson, 67, of Oswego, passed away on May 12, 2024.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Jacqueline (Taber) Nelson.
Sandi was a fun-loving person, with a big heart and deep faith. She had a fond love of Avon products and a beautiful collection of costume jewelry. She adored her family and her close friends and will be greatly missed.
Sandi is survived by her siblings Linda Nelson (Donald Mather), Timothy Nelson (Kimberly), Andrew Nelson, and Rebecca Batchelor (Christopher), her son Paul Nelson and her grandson Payton Nelson, as well as many loved nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her best friends Shari Mezza and Pam Williams and all her loving caregivers at Seneca Hill Manor.
In addition to her parents, Sandi was preceded in death by her sisters Veronica Nelson-Mayo and Roberta Bryant, and her brother Robert Nelson.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Seneca Hill Manor for all their compassion and care for Sandi all the years she lived there.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be held in Peck Cemetery. Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
