Sandra Jean O'Neal was born in Parkdale, Arkansas, December 15, 1942, to Euleta and Johnny Sanders O'Neal. She passed peacefully from this life on the morning of October 14, 2025, surrounded by family. She was 82 years old.
Sandra enjoyed being around her family, and though she couldn't hear, she always had a good sense of what was going on around her. She loved to have a rootbeer float, and a piece of chocolate pie. Sometimes she liked to dance and would sway as though she had a baby in her arms. We've always believed that she could see angels. She would look up at times, just smiling, and begin talking to them in her own way. When she was younger, she was able to communicate a little with sign language. She also would help with small chores, like folding towels. She knew how to write her and her siblings' names when you asked her to, just by reading your lips. She would even try to say "Mother" and "Baby". She enjoyed watching tv shows before losing her sight and had the sweetest laugh when she thought something was funny.
Sandra is survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins and many other loving family members.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Euleta Wynn, stepfather Robert "Bob" Wynn, sisters Dorothy Graham and Marsha Springer, and brother Johnny O'Neal.
Sandra loved her family and we loved her, she will be deeply missed until we meet again in Heaven.
