Clarence "Ed" Edward Moore was born on January 8, 1967, and passed from this life on October 23, 2025.
Ed enjoyed fishing and could fix just about anything, from bicycles to electrical work. He had a natural talent for figuring things out and was truly handy. He also loved camping, especially trips to Lake Thunderbird. One of his greatest joys was junking and thrifting, finding unique treasures in what others might throw away. He loved a good garage sale, always eager to rummage through and discover something special.
Ed enjoyed watching YouTube videos and old westerns on TV, and he rarely missed a game when the Oklahoma City Thunder or the Oklahoma Sooners were playing. He also loved movies; a few of his favorites included Gone in 60 Seconds and Legends of the Fall.
A hardworking man, Ed dedicated many years to Nash Construction and Bill's Pavement, where he took pride in striping parking lots and doing the job right. Ed had a fiery personality, ornery, set in his ways, and a real firecracker. He could deliver a sharp comment and follow it with kindness all in the same breath. His pride and joy were his grandchildren, whom he bragged about every chance he got.
Though a homebody at heart, Ed could always be convinced to get out of the house for a trip to Del Rancho, his and his wife Leah's favorite spot. A chicken-fried steak sandwich there was one of his favorite indulgences.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. His favorite person in the world was his wife, Leah, who was the love of his life for 32 years.
Ed is survived by his beloved wife, Leah; children Edward Moore, Teresa Coddington, Christina Waters, Jennifer Furra, and Wendy Brewer; as well as 30 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by his sisters Gina Christy and Katrina Osborne, and his brother Steve Moore.
He was he is proceeded in death by his mother Opal Moore and father George Moore, his daughter Lisa Lewis, and grandchildren Allen Lewis and Damion Furra.
