Sandra “Jean” Perkins Kincheloe, 66, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on September 13, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Born on January 31, 1959, to Marcus and Phyllis Kincheloe, Jean lived a life defined by compassion, dedication, and love.
Jean dedicated many years of her life to caring for others as a registered nurse, where her kindness and gentle heart touched countless lives.
She is survived by her devoted mother, Phyllis Kincheloe; her son, Clint Smith; and her cherished grandchildren, Jacob and Logan, who were the light of her life. Jean also leaves behind her siblings, Michael, Steven, David, Cindy (Mark), and Linda, along with many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Jean loved the outdoors and found great joy in being on the water and boating. Her adventurous spirit, loving heart, and selfless nature will be remembered always.
Visitation will be held at Louisville Memorial Gardens East on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:30 PM. Burial will immediately follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
