SANDRA DIANNE “SANDY” WEHNER, age 78, of Washington CH, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at her home.
She was born on November 16, 1947 in Hillsboro, Ohio to the late Clarence Philip and Gertie Ellen (Jewell) Frye. She was a 1966 graduate of Washington High School. Sandy retired after twenty years as a sales associate for Corning Revere Factory Outlets. She enjoyed listening to music, dancing, exercising, shopping, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by her stepmother, Flora Frye; sister, Betty Davis; her beloved daughter, “my sweet little Jamie Elizabeth” Craig; and her best friend, Rick Donohoe.
Survivors include her soulmate of twenty-five years, Richard Wayne Leisure; her daughters, Lisa (Duke) Bray, Lori (Barry) Bach, and Kelli (Fred Davis) Woods; grandchildren, Brittan Bach, Brady Bach, Jessica Craig, Wesley (Ashton) Woods, Austin Davis, and Connor Davis; and great-grandchildren, Nathaniel, Braylen, Beckett, CJ, and Amber.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at the Milledgeville-Plymouth Cemetery at a later date.
