Sandra Louise Sloan, of Chesaning, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2025 at Union Court Assisted Living in St. Charles, at the age of 79.

Sandy was born on October 1, 1945, the daughter of the late Cleo Everett and Clara (Drier) in Belding, Michigan. She graduated from Belding High School in 1964. She married her husband, Francis Sloan on July 17, 1965. They shared 59 years together until his death in 2024. For many years, she and Francis volunteered at Chesaning Showboat, Santa's Village, Chesaning Candle Walk, Saginaw County Fair, and the Saginaw County Extension Group. For the last 10 years, she and Francis enjoyed traveling to Florida every winter. Outside of volunteering, she enjoyed painting and taking painting classes in her younger years, alongside sewing.
