Sandy was a graduate of Scott High School and went on to own and operate Steen's General Store in Kirkwood for many years. She enjoyed traveling all across the United States and spending time with her family and friends.
Sandy is survived by a son, Ray L. Steen, Jr. and his wife, Lisa; great granddaughters, Raylee and Ember; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Scott Steen, a granddaughter, Taylor Steen, and siblings, Harvey McDonald and Mary Donnelly.
Services and interment will be private.
