Sandra "Sandi" E. Verdick, 73, of Kewanee, died Sunday, December 17, 2023, at her home. Sandi was born March 17, 1950, in Davenport, IA, the daughter of Donald E. and Mildred A. (Beddingfield) Livingston. Sandra married Dale Verdick on March 4, 1994, in Delevan, WI; he preceded her in death on March 31, 2022.
Sandi is survived by two children, Dale Livingston, Kewanee, Douglas (Jamie) Livingston, Kewanee; three stepchildren; two grandchildren, Michael (Annie Gelaude) Livingston, Moline, Dayton (Natalie) Ince, Kewanee; two great grandchildren, Abigail and Kyler Ince; favorite grand dog, Kosmo; three siblings, Joseph Michael Livingston, Davenport, IA, Christie Dianne (Daniel) Murphy, Kewanee, Lisa L. (Gary "Short") Barnett, Sheffield. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two siblings, Linda Lee Ingle, and Randall Ellsworth Livingston; and her cousin and best friend, Karol Brackett.
Sandi worked for Ace Distribution Center in Princeton. She was a member of the American Legion, Woman's Auxiliary. Sandi enjoyed going gambling, especially to the Isle in Bettendorf. She also enjoyed going to auctions and yard sales. Sandra had a great love for Pepsi. She loved spending time with her family.
A graveside service will be at 11:00 am, Friday, December 29, 2023, at Pleasant View Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will follow at the American Legion. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Ronald McDonald House. Please leave an online condolence for Sandra's family at www.golnickschuenemanfh.com.
