Sangerine Pamela Rose (Pammy) a vibrant soul with an infectious smile, left this world on Thursday, October 5, 2023. With heavy hearts, we mourn the loss of a beloved wife, sister, cousin and friend. Sangerine touched so many lives during her time with us and will forever be remembered for her generosity, kindness, and zest for life.
Born on July 24,1955 in Georgetown, Guyana, the eldest daughter of the late Harold and Yvonne Persaud. Sangerine bloomed into an extraordinary individual who dared to chase her dreams and love of fashion. She had an unwavering spirit that inspired everyone she crossed paths with. Sangerine had an insatiable curiosity and an adventurous heart that led her down diverse paths throughout her life. Gone before her is Richardo (Skittles) and Carlos (Royal).
Grieving her presents is her husband, Ian Rose; her adoring siblings, Donna, Andre (Chandra), Debbie, and Harriet Persaud (Precious). Sangerine's remarkable nurturing skills extended to her role as a mother to her nieces and nephews, Marques, Haresh, Jorrell (Lisa), Nigel, Shawn, Niko, Odella (Donald), Errol, Rico (Amii), Nerissa, Sunney, Refino, and Teeven Persaud and numerous great nieces and nephews. She thought the value of compassion, empathy, and perseverance. Her guidance will continue to shape their lives as they carry her legacy forward. She was loved by her in-laws, Theresa, Shirley, Karen, Eddie, O'neeka, Byron and Barbara, extended family members and multitude friends. With her infectious laughter, compassionate nature, and unwavering kindness, she left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. She brought warmth and joy wherever she went, ensuring that those around her felt seen, heard, and loved.
Sangerine was not only a fashion icon but a loyal friend. She cherished the relationships she cultivated throughout her life. She was the first to lend a helping hand, offer a listening ear, or provide comforting advice. Her genuine empathy touched the hearts of everyone she encountered, forging lifelong connections and will be treasured forever.
Sangerine will forever be remembered for her radiant smile, infectious spirit, and unwavering faith. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion and resilience that will continue to inspire countless souls for generations to come. While her departure leaves a void in our lives, we are comforted knowing that she now rests in eternal peace, reunited with those who have gone before her.
Though she may no longer physically walk among us, Sangerine Pamela Rose will forever live in our hearts, continuing to guide and inspire us through the memories she left behind. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
