Sara Beth Bruton of Tomball, Texas passed away on May 19th, 2024. Born 1-23-36 in Dallas, Texas. Sara was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Charles Ray Bruton whom she met at age 15 through Young Life Ministries, and sister, Helen N. Fooshee. She is survived by sons Daryl R. Bruton and Michael J. Bruton and wife Debbie, grandsons Michael Lance Bruton, Kevin Charles Bruton and wife Rebecca, William Jesse Bruton and family and Ashly Annette Bruton, great grandsons Aidan Edson, Grant Michael Bruton and Jackson Ray Bruton, nephews John Morris Fooshee and family, John T. Collier III and family, Larry B. Collier and family and niece B'Ann Collier-Beam and family. She and her husband were active in Little League Baseball for many years. She was an executive and medical secretary for many years in Dallas, Texas; Muskogee, Oklahoma, Granite City, Illinois and Beaumont, Texas. She served on the Board of Directors of her local neighborhood Homeowners Association in Tomball. She and her husband were avid round dancers and members of various round dance exhibition groups. She was an influential leader and choreographer of these exhibition groups.
A time of visitation will be held at Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forest, Klein, TX on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 from 6 to 8 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Young Life Service Center, Attn. IP, P.O. Box 520, Colorado Springs, Co. 80901
