Wishing Sarah's family members condolences on her passing and our hopes for eternal life in heaven for Sarah. Sarah was my cousin, the 2nd daughter of my uncle, Greg Slader and my Aunt Lucy. We were related through my Mom, Gwen Slader Hauptmann (born April 15, 1915 - died February 27, 1997). When we were children, I'd see Sarah fairly often, along with her older sister Susan, and her brother Greg, Jr. , at our home in Yorktown Heights, NY. I last saw Sarah when I was 15, along with our cousin Therese Slader from Millwood, NY. After many years of living in New York City suburbs, my wife Flo, and our two children, David and Matthew, moved to Colorado Springs, CO in 1993. I lost touch with much of our family in the East at that time.My cousin Sarah was was friend as well when we were young. I happened to research Sarah, because my wife and I may be moving back East, to Delaware in the near future. May God have mercy on her soul and reward her with eternal life. God rest her Dad and Mom, and her sibling Susan. They were a wonderful family of great people!
