Sara Triggs Obituary
September 24, 1981 - November 15, 2025
Sara M. Triggs, age 44, of Middleton and formerly of Richland Center passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at AGRACE Hospice Care in Fitchburg following an extended battle of Triple Negative Breast Cancer. She was born on September 24, 1981 in Richland Center the daughter of Joseph and Susan (Beranek) Triggs. Sara graduated from Richland Center High School in 2000 and from MATC with an Associate's Degree in 2004.
She enjoyed music concerts, traveling, riding ATVs on the farm, and spending time with family and friends.
Sara is survived by her parents, Joseph and Susan Triggs of Richland Center, sisters, Kelly Triggs (Jonathon Lovern) of Charlotte, NC, Kristy (Brian) Cox of Surf City, NC, her life partner, Joshua Nack of Middleton, step children, Ellie and John Nack, special aunts and uncles, Lauri Beranek and Samy Desouky, Charles and Janice Beranek, Linda and Mike Gilman, special cousin, Jennifer Desouky (Nithin Sathyamoorthy), many more aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends and mentors. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leo and Marie Triggs, Charles and Helen Beranek and Uncle Thomas Triggs.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary's the Assumption Catholic Church in Richland Center. Fr. Nathan Kuhn will officiate with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at the Stafford Funeral Home in Richland Center from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m., and on Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m., until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to GRACE (Greater Richland Area Cancer Elimination).
