Sarah Nell Stanford Bryant, loving mother, grandmother, sister, and great-grandmother, age 77, of Waco, passed away on February 20, 2026, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Carrollton on May 25, 1948, the daughter of the late William Vollie Stanford and Elizabeth Bradley Stanford. She was a Registered Nurse for over 25 years who worked at Stanacola Medical, and a member of Corner Stone Baptist Chapel. She loved animals, baking cookies, and giving cookies and canned goods to all her friends, family, and church family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Benny Wayne Bryant; a brother, Stephen Tony Stanford; and a step-son-in-law, Dennis Ray Hall.

Survivors include her children, Jennifer Green (Kevin) of Waco; her step-children, Toby Bryant of Bremen, Tammy Hall of Denham Springs, Louisiana, and Todd Bryant of North Carolina; a sister, Sharon Riley (Charles) of Mississippi; a sister-in-law, June Stanford of Bowdon; a brother, Stanley Keith Stanford (Susan) of Waco; 3 nieces and 1 nephew; grandchildren, Austin Green, Emily Higgins (J.C.), Makaila Green, Maddie Green (Tucker Ledbetter), Michelle Dugas (Scott), Nichole Hall, Aimee Hall, Jamie Hall Lajaunie, and Jake Hall (Kaylyn); great-grandchildren, Addie Green and 16 others.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 22, 2026 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the funeral home.

Services will be conducted on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 3:00 pm from the Chapel of Hightower Funeral Home with Pastor Todd Jones and Bro. Luke Willingham officiating. Stanley Stanford, Will Stevenson, J.C. Higgins, Brian Stevenson, Corey Stanford, Joshua Prater, Colby Stanford and Darren Parton will serve as pallbearers.

Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
