Sarah Jane Dubey
March 20, 1958 - March 16, 2025
Sarah Jane Dubey, 66, died surrounded by loved ones on March 16, 2025. A beloved wife, mother, sister, friend, and proud Mimi. Born in Groton, Massachusetts on March 20th, 1958 to Lawrence and Grace (Robinson) Dubey. She is survived by her devoted husband Antonio "Tony" Dye, son Dustin (spouse Alison, grandchildren Aubrey, Declan, and Adalyn), son Fletcher (spouse Emily, grandchildren Colson and Willow), and daughter Kendall Croteau.
Sarah graduated from Groton High School and soon thereafter self-started a seamstress services company, Nimble Fingers. Later in life, she pursued her passion for geriatric and hospice care as an LNA. She always remarked about how fulfilled she felt caring for patients and comforting their families during the most challenging of times in life. Her effortless ability to care for others was most beautifully expressed through her sewing projects. Sarah's sewing room was her sanctuary. Those who loved and were loved by Sarah experienced how her love was stitched into every detail.
The family wishes to sincerely thank the medical staff of Massachusetts General Hospital, Wentworth Douglas Hospital, and Portsmouth Regional Hospital. They will hold a private celebration with close family. In place of flowers, the family suggests donating to Turning the Tides Ovarian Cancer Retreats.
