Sarah Jane Hendrickson

Sarah "Sally" Jane Hendrickson, 87, of Bristolville, OH passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
She was born February 15, 1938, in Girard, OH, the daughter of Raymond Evans Richards and Cora (Hughes) Richards.
Sally, as she was affectionately known as, was a 1956 graduate from Girard High School and Choffins with her LPN License. She loved her job as a nurse in the pediatric unit at Warren General Hospital. After retirement, she worked as a substitute nurse for Howland School District and Johnson Rubber Company.
She was a beautiful quilt maker. Sarah enjoyed gardening, camping, cruising, doing anything creative, but what she loved most was her family whether it was cooking a huge holiday meal or just spending time with them. She was the best mom and she loved her grandchildren immensely.
Sally is survived by her children, Raymond (Renee), Linda, and David; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Hendrickson, whom she married March 16, 1961; and sisters, Martha E. Richards and Leona M. Shontz.
Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
Friends may call from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Sager Memorial Park, Bristolville, Ohio.
