She was born in New Martinsville, WV the daughter of the late Earl D. "Bones" and Katheryn "Ruth" Harter Lemasters.
Sarah was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and the Harvest Time Faith Chapel in Reader, WV.
She was a former employee of Wal-Mart, but spent most of her adult life working at Winter's Meat Market which she owned with her husband Elmer. She also owned and operated Suzie's Pizza in Paden City.
Sarah loved to work with her hands, whether it be quilting, crafting, or sewing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Winter; her husband, Robert "Bob" Eugene Neff; two sons, Gary Denton "Grub" Roll and Stephen Roll; a brother, Delbert "Junior" Doty; a grandson, Robert Roll; and her special dog, Nick.
Survivors include her daughter, Jan (Charles) Myers of New Martinsville; a son, Daniel "Scott" (Angie) Roll of Princeton, NC; four grandchildren, Brian C. Myers, Melissa (Shawn) Beegle, Kristy (Aaron) Case and Traci Roll Nething; ten great grandchildren; a niece and nephew; special friends, Chuck and Martha Gump and Debbie Johnson.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11am until the time of the funeral service at 1pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 751 Third Street, New Martinsville with Pastor Gerald Richards officiating.
Interment in Northview Cemetery, New Martinsville, WV.
Memorial contributions may be made to: Wetzel County Animal Shelter, 7257 Burch Ridge Rd. Proctor, WV 26055.

"Susie" was my cousin. She was a joy to be with; always happy. I mainly remember her growing up, she was a few years older than I. Lots of happy memories with her.
