Saydee Grace Low

Saydee Grace Low, 12, of Ellijay, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends Thursday, Aug. 14, 2025.

She was born Nov. 29, 2012, in Dalton, to Justin "Sam" and Ashley Low. She is preceded in death by great-grandfather, Ronnie Martin.

She displayed remarkable strength and grace in the face of a devastating diagnosis. Her strength, courage and unwavering hope inspired all who met her and followed her story.

She is survived by parents, Sam and Ashley Low; sister, B Low; grandparents, Cindy Wingate, Ricky and Stephanie Nelson, and Tom and Shirley Low; great-grandmother, Barbara Martin; great-aunt and uncle, Lisa and Tony Grizzle; aunts and uncles, Kelly and Jason Smith, Krystal Sumner, Lori and Casey Brandon, Ashley and Chris Barr, Lacey and Matthew Hartley, Daniel Low, and Braelyn Nelson; many cousins; and very special friends, Callie Teegarden, Slade Chastain, Madeline Priest, Lilah and JoJo Littleton, and Chelci Holland.

Donations can be made to the Venmo of Saydee Low at @SayStrong2024 to help with funeral expenses, in memory of Saydee.

A private service will be held with the Rev. Joey Patterson and Pastor Seth Teegarden officiating.

Interment will follow in the Flint Hill Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Cameron Graves, Logan Bentley, Terry Ellis, Jasper Barr, Jason Smith, Tony Grizzle and Braelyn Nelson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Wyatt Brandon, Finn Smith, Braxton Teegarden and Slade Chastain.
