Ms. Scharlé Margaret Triolo, 81, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, formerly of Palm Bay, Florida, entered into rest Sunday, January 18, 2026. She was the wife of the late Jerome Triolo.
Born April 1, 1944, in Jeffersonville, Vermont, she was a daughter of the late Harold Kenneth Sweet and the late Harriet Cross Sweet Brennan. She spent most of her career in the food service industry as a Director of Food Services and Catering. She began her working career at the young age of 12 at Fanny Allen Hospital in Vermont and eventually retired from Compsee in Palm Bay, Florida. She was a former member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Palm Bay, Florida. She will be forever remembered for the love and dedication she had to her family, especially as a single mother who devoted her attention to the upbringing and care of her two sons.
Surviving are: two sons, Kevin Rotunda, Sr. (Cindy) of Yemassee, South Carolina and Kennie Rotunda of Parker, Colorado; her companion, David Guse of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; two brothers, Dale Sweet (Linda) and Dennis Sweet (Brenda) all of Florida; ten grandchildren; and twenty-six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon, January 31, 2026, from Yemassee Baptist Church, 127 Salkehatchie Road, Yemassee. The Reverend Heyward Evans and The Reverend Joel Traylor officiating. Entombment will be in Fountain Head Memorial Park in Palm Bay, Florida. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral ceremony beginning at 1 o’clock that afternoon in the church sanctuary.
