Scott Alan Crenshaw

Scott Alan Crenshaw, 69, died peacefully in Salina, Kansas on January 22, 2026. Scott was born October 13, 1956 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Beverly Jean and Joe Crenshaw.

He was always outgoing and friendly and in childhood showed a natural ability for athletics, amassing a beautiful trophy collection at an early age. Scott graduated from Wichita Falls High School in 1975. Most recently, he celebrated with his classmates at their 50th reunion, which he was so glad to attend.

Those who loved him will remember the light in him. Scott was a gentleman and a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be so greatly missed for his kind and thoughtful nature, generosity of spirit, sharp humor and wisdom. He had the unique ability to see the best in everyone and was the biggest cheerleader and supporter of his children and grandchildren.

Scott is preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert and Albertine Crenshaw, J.S. and Marie Minton, and Al Moline; his mother, Beverly Jean Crenshaw; his father, Joe Crenshaw; and his son, Scotty Crenshaw.

He is survived by his son, Michael Crenshaw; daughter, Katy Crenshaw; grandchildren Sienna, John, Maddox and Isaac; brothers Kirby (Kathy) and Randy (Nancy) Crenshaw; and nieces Kelly and Robin.

Visitation will be held at Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 28th from 6:30 – 7:30 PM. A graveside service will be held Thursday, January 29th at 12:00 PM at the Crestview Mausoleum Chapel.
