Scott William Eckert, 56, of Beaverton, passed away on June 6, 2023. He was born on September 18, 1966, the son of Henry Eckert and Jane Cooper in Muskegon. Through trials and tribulation Scott had transformed his life for his family and became close to his church as well as his community. Scott was an avid explorer with so many plans to travel and to see the world. He loved to expand his knowledge for his native culture, as well as creating and teaching. He would have done anything for anybody, always had a smile on his face. He was all around happy to help, and was the peacemaker amongst family and friends. He has impacted so many lives and will be dearly missed.
Left to cherish his memory are his children: Crista Eckert, Cara Eckert, and Bobbi Eckert; grandchildren: Jayda Rae, Kiley Gracelyn, Gracey Lynn, Gaven Wilhelm, Peyton Rose, Bryson Robert, Troy McCord, Charles Henry, Henry Scott. He is also survived by step father: Ernest (Skip) Scheel and siblings: Dennis Eckert, Peter Eckert & Misty Eckert.
He is preceded in death by his mother: Jane Scheel; father: Henry Eckert; and brother: Brian Eckert.
Memorial services are tentative for Saturday, June 24, 2023, 1:00 P.M. at the Beaverton Church of the Nazarene. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
