Scott Allan Franklin, age 59, passed away at his residence on January 29, 2025. Born on August 26, 1965, in Bainbridge, Maryland, he was the cherished son of Robert Paul Jr. and Jean (Hillmer) Franklin. Scott dedicated 41 years of his life to Dallis Homes, where his commitment and hard work left a lasting impact. A graduate of Watkins Memorial High School, Class of 1983, Scott pursued further education at Licking County JVS, specializing in drafting. Scott had a passion for alternative music and cherished spending time with his family and friends, creating memories that will be fondly remembered. He is survived by his loving daughter Amanda (Johnny Sizemore) Franklin; granddaughter Nina Sizemore; father Robert Paul Franklin Jr.; mother Jean Franklin; sister Julie (David) Moraine; nephews and nieces, Benjamin Moraine, Corey Moraine, Megan Banik, and Bailey Moraine. Scott also leaves behind treasured friendships, including those with Kelly Franklin and Scott Dallis. Scott's warm spirit and kindness will be dearly missed by all who knew him. A visitation will take place at Mueller Hicks Funeral Home, 6780 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, Ohio 45005 on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 from 2:00pm-4:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 4:00pm.
