Randy Dean Flowers

December 27, 1958 to August 9, 2025

It is with deep sorrow and love that the family mourns the sudden and unexpected passing of Randy Dean Flowers, age 66, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Ruth Flowers, sister Betty (Flowers) Gard, brother Terry Flowers, father- and mother-in-Law Russell and Jody Duffy, brother-in-law Robert McPherson, and dear friend Mark Perry.

He is survived by his wife Susan (Duffy) Flowers of 34 years, sons Troy Allen Flowers and Trevor Dean Duffy Flowers, brother Larry Flowers (Patty), sister Linda Flowers (Henry), sisters-in-law Debbie Flowers and Karen McPherson, brothers-in-law Russell B. Duffy (Brenda) and Randy Gard, as well as many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.

Randy's love for his family was unconditional. He was an incredible husband and father. Randy and Susie were soulmates brought together by God. Their lives together were heaven on earth.

Randy's love for his boys was immense. He was a selfless and encouraging father, deeply involved in their lives and sports, coaching and supporting both without question. He was always available to guide them in life and help them grow to become the men they are today. He was extremely proud of his sons.

Randy grew up in Etna and Kirkersville, Ohio, before moving to Reynoldsburg. He was a proud graduate (1978) of Watkins Memorial High School and deeply involved in athletics where he met and enjoyed many lifelong friends. Professionally, Randy worked in construction and steel buildings, serving as Project Superintendent. He is affectionately known as "Mr. Fix It" and "Randy Dandy." He was always ready and willing to help anyone in need.

A memorial will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025. A brief service of remembrance will begin at 1 pm, followed by visitation with family and friends until 4 pm at Pfeifer Woodward Funeral Home, 7915 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
