Corpus Christi, Texas, to mother Dongwol Kim Roberson and the late Jimmy Derrell Roberson, Scott's early years were filled with the love and rich cultural heritage that would shape the man he would become.
A proud alumnus of the University of Texas, Scott not only achieved his Bachelor's degree but also left an indelible mark on his peers, being named class favorite two consecutive years. His love for the Longhorns was a lifelong passion, a testament to his loyalty and spirited nature. Scott's work ethic was unparalleled, and his amiable disposition made him a cherished colleague and friend within his professional community. Scott's heart was always fullest when he was surrounded by his family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Wendy Roberson; their children, Ben and Reece Roberson; his mother, Dongwol Kim Roberson; his brothers, Mark Roberson and wife Marcie, Todd Roberson and wife Erin; nieces, Paris, Melody, Sarah, Rainey; nephews, Preston, Max, Thomas; in-laws, Tom Howell, Bill Howell and spouse Airam; aunts, Dong Soon Kim, Dong Boon Kim. Scott was preceded in death by his father Jimmy Derrell Roberson, nephew Austin Roberson, and uncle Dong Yong Kim.
