Scott N. Sigworth, 72, of Clark, PA passed away on April 13, 2025 in his home where so many happy family memories were made.
He was born in Sharon, PA on April 3, 1953 to Harold and Dorothy (Cashdollar) Sigworth.
Scott graduated from Hickory High School in 1971. He attended Penn State University Shenango Campus graduating with an Associate of Electrical Engineering Technology Degree. He went on to PSU Capitol Campus - Harrisburg graduating with a Bachelor of Electrical Design Engineering Technology Degree. He held numerous jobs in his field but his passion was coaching football. The Brimar Bulldog Midget Football Team was the beginning and from there he went on to coach Sharpsville Midgets, Freshman Football at Kennedy Christian, Varsity at Hermitage, Sharpsville, Sharon, West Middlesex and Mercer High Schools as well as Thiel College. He also coached track at Kennedy Christian.
He was a member of Notre Dame Church, Hermitage. His greatest legacy is the love, guidance, and support he gave his family. Attending his children's and grandchildren's sports and activities brought him great joy as did being outdoors planting trees and gardening.
Scott was married to Francine (Sakonyi) Sigworth on June 14, 1975. Scott is survived by: Daughter, Melissa (Tony) Gagliardi of Hubbard, Ohio; Son, Scott M. (Candice) Sigworth of Cochranton, PA; Grandchildren Claire Gagliardi, Anthony Gagliardi II, Tegan Sigworth, Adalay Sigworth and Everly Sigworth. Scott was preceded in death by his parents.
