Scottie "Scott" Lynn Malone age 48 of Greeneville passed away Monday August 25, 2025 at his home. He attended God's Lighthouse Church. He is survived by mother Kathy Malone, father and step mother Lynn and Beverly Malone, sister Tina Malone, step brother Michael and Laura Hopson, grandfather Don Malone, very special friend, caregiver and granny Phyllis Smith, grandmother JoAnn Gass, 2 nieces Gracie "Gracious" Saulsbury and Leighton Hopson, nephew Matthew Hopson, aunts and uncles Connie Malone, Jeff Malone, Dax and Connie Malone, and James Wilhoit, several great aunts, uncle, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Junior and Frances Wilhoit, Haskell and Charlotte Malone and Betty Malone. The family will receive friends from 3-7pm Friday August 29, 2025 at Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Service Downtown. The funeral service will be Saturday at 11am in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Ruey Davis and Rev. Teddy Tweed officiating. The burial will follow in Mt Carmel Cemetery in Mosheim. Pallbearers will be Michael Hopson, Cody Gass, Jamie Jones, Sam Powers, Tony Norton, Timothy Reynolds, and JP Johnson. Honorary Pallbearers Randy Ball, Malone's Wrecker Service, Amedisys Hospice, Dr. Margeaux Clements, and Dr. Candi Overholt.
