Scotty Dean Barlow (Tootie) a beloved father, brother and friend passed away at his residence in Lexington, North Carolina on Monday November 10, 2025. He was born in Forsyth County, North Carolina on October 22, 1967.
He is survived by his son Scottie Anderson (Wife Heather), his two brothers Benji Barlow (Lori) and Jeffrey Barlow, and several special nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents David and Cathy Barlow, his grandparents Ben and Juanita Poole and George and Ila Barlow, and his sister in law Regina Barlow.
Scotty was a dedicated employee of 25 plus years at Welcome Tire (Texaco). Scotty really enjoyed his many trips to the Outer Banks, where he loved to fish out at the point. He loved reminiscing about memories where he grew up going to his grandparent's place at High Rock Lake.
Scotty was a friend to all and will be dearly missed.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday November 15, 2025 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM with a service following on 3:00 PM at Pilgrim Reformed Church located at 797 Pilgrim Church Rd. Lexington, NC 27295.
Nicholson Cremation and Funeral is honored to serve the Barlow Family.
