Scotty was a Small Engine Mechanic, and he was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his companion, Ronica Hughes of Ledbetter; one son, Thomas Whisman of Ledbetter; one daughter, Erica Hughes of Ledbetter; his mother, Kathy Bailey of Murray; one brother, Johnny Whisman of Hardin, KY; one niece and five nephews.
He was preceded in death by his step father, Tommy Bailey; sister, Brandy Walker; grandmother, Betty Cook.
Memorial services will begin at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
