SEAN COX Obituary
Sean Joe Isaac Cox, 18, of Indianapolis, Indiana, was born on July 29, 2006, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Amanda Marie Harting and Sean Dahl Cox. Sean was an amazing, wonderful son, brother, uncle, cousin, grandson, boyfriend and true friend to many.
Sean received his primary and secondary education in the local schools. He was a 2024 graduate of Shortridge High School and currently enrolled as a student at Ivy Tech Community College. His plan was to start at Indiana State University, Terre Haute, Indiana, in August of 2025. He wanted to become an architect.
Sean's amazing smile, loving heart, kind soul, and extraordinary personality made anyone and everyone that was blessed to cross his path know that they mattered. Sean was a peacemaker and a lover.
Sean enjoyed hanging with his many friends and girlfriend, Tyshaira, and playing video games. He played the tuba in the orchestra at Shortridge. He loved school and learning. He loved to smell good. Above all, he loved his family, and he was loved by many.
The life of Sean Joe Isaac Cox was taken on April 6, 2025, at the age of 18 years 8 months and 8 days.
