Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels - NortheastSean Everett Turner, 34, loving father, son, and brother, went home to be with King Jesus on August 18, 2025, following a tragic motorcycle accident.
Sean was the kind of person everyone hoped to meet in life. His smile was infectious, and his personality was as big and bold as the Wild West. With his wonderful sense of humor, he brought light and joy into every room.
A proud U.S. Army Military Police veteran, Sean faithfully served his country for 12 years. He was also a dedicated member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association – Alamo Chapter. Fittingly, his last day on earth was spent alongside those “brothers,” living life to the fullest.
Though Sean was taken far too soon, his legacy lives on in his two beloved sons and in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
Sean is survived by his sons, Weston Everett Turner (9) and Wyatt Stephen Turner (4) of San Antonio, TX; his parents, Don and Michelle Turner of Fernley, NV/San Antonio, TX; his sister, Krystle Turner of Fernley, NV; his brother, Jesse Turner (Whitney) of West Jefferson, NC; his grandfather, Buster Patrick of Malta, MT; and the boys’ mother, Kelsey Ryncarz of San Antonio, TX.
Interment with full military honors will be held at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley, NV, on Tuesday, September 2, at 10:00 a.m. A service and lunch will follow at Calvary Chapel Fernley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association TX 23-3, with the memo Bootstrap.
