Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel - Scott CitySelena Hartle, daughter of the late Ralph Miller and Naomi (Keesee) Miller was born on May 24, 1950 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and departed her life on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at her residence in Scott City, Missouri at the age of 75 years.
She was the owner and operator of Hartle’s Art Plaster in Cape Girardeau, and the Movie Max in Scott City. Later in life she was a former employee at Wal-Mart until her retirement. Mrs. Hartle enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
On June 21, 1968 she was united in marriage to Roy Hartle Sr. in Baumholder, Germany. Mr. Hartle preceded her in death on November 5, 2021.
Survivors include two sons, Roy (Joseph) Hartle Jr. and Ralph Gregory (Jessica) Hartle both of Scott City; by four grandchildren, Carter, Cooper, Noah, and Eli; two brothers, Gary Miller of Scott City and Paul Miller of Quincy, Illinois; also, by other family and friends.
Along with husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Larry Miller.
Celebration of life will be conducted on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Lightener Cemetery in Scott City.
