In Loving Memory of
Shardaben (Savitaben) Brahmbhatt
Savitaben Brahmbhatt, age 83 passed away peacefully on June 21st, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
Born on February 28th 1941 in Zarola, Gujarat, India, Savitaben was the beloved daughter of Chancharben and Jinabhai Brahmbhatt. She married Jayantilal Brahmbhatt on May 5, 1955 and together they shared 69 wonderful years of marriage before her passing.
Savitaben was a devoted mother to late Mahesh, Loma (Yagnesh), Leena (Kalpesh) and Lomesh (Komal) and a cherished grandmother to Mriga, Sonia (Hiran), Smit, Sagar (Sasi), Jay and Hetu and a great grandmother to Mishka.
Savitaben touched the lives of everyone she met with her genuine warmth and kindness. She was an excellent cook and took great joy in cooking for her family.
Savitaben was an active devotee of the SMVS Swaminaryan Temple all her life. Her faith and community were important to her, and she made a lasting impact through her service and dedication. Her faith and devotion to god was with her until the end. A day prior to her passing, Savitaben voiced to her children that god was coming to take her to heaven at 12 oclock. Confused, as it was already past 12pm, Savita confirmed that it would be 12am. Sure enough, after all her family arrived to say their goodbyes, she went with god just minutes before 12am.
Savitaben is survived by husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Natubhai and Jaydevbhai.
The memorial service will be held on June 23rd at 11am at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S Main St., Hampstead, MD 21074
The memorial luncheon will be held at 304 Cantata Ct, Reisterstown, MD 21136 at 2:00pm
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude for support and kindness during this difficult time.
Our Ba will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
