Sharon leaves behind her loving husband, Elmer Bruton, Jr.; along with Angela Bruton (Zack), Jason Bruton (Jean), David Bruton (Casey), Christopher Bruton (Ashley), Kayla Creech (Eric), Ty Creech, Autumn Bruton, Coast Bruton, Shannon Hyatt (Don), Kelsy Perry, Hyatt Perry, Colton Gay, Colby Gay, Jordan Jenrette, Jaiden Scott, Bryce Scott; her siblings, Betty Crews (Ronald), Gail Hall (Larry), Charlotte Moody (Ben), Terri Kennison (Daniel), Charles Durham, II (Brenda); and many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends that were more like family.
The tribute above was prepared by Sharon's loving family.
A Celebration of Sharon's Life will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Cedar Bay Baptist Church, 11553 N. Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32218 with Pastor Jordan Chambers officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are under the care and direction of CEDAR BAY FUNERAL HOME, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, Florida, 32218. (904) 714-1110.

Sister Sharon was a fabulous person, beautiful inside and out. She had the sweetest heart, and even the children loved her for the goodies she always carried just for them. She touched every life with her kindness and smile. She will be deeply missed, but we rejoice knowing she is celebrating in heaven with her Lord and Savior.
