Sharon Lynne "Sherry" Crouse

Blaine - Sharon "Sherry" Lynne Crouse, 74, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2023, at her residence. She was born June 4, 1949, in Fort Fairfield, the daughter of Charles and Fannie (Grant) Bolster.
Sherry grew up in Easton and graduated from Easton High School. She married Eldon Crouse Sr. on February 27, 1970, and together they would raise their two sons, Eldon Crouse Jr., and Matthew Crouse.
Sherry was a homemaker for many years when the boys were going to school. She then worked at the Mars Hill IGA as the produce manager, and as a cashier at JJ Newberry's. She found her passion though as a home healthcare aide. She loved visiting and assisting her clients. She was an avid reader and enjoyed watching westerns and C.S.I. on television. Sherry was a great baker and was known for her sugar cookies, and reese cups, and would often be found giving away most of her goodies.
Her greatest source of joy and pride was her family. She loved spending time with her kids and grandchildren and her cats.
Sherry is survived by her two sons: Eldon "Ed" Crouse and his wife Heather of Summerfield, FL, Matthew Crouse and his wife Amanda of Blaine, five grandchildren: Jenna, Hunter, Bryanne, Madison, Selena, and two great-grandchildren: Brynlee and Owen. She also leaves behind a sister, Myrna Bolster of Bangor, and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Eldon Sr. in 2012, and a brother, Bryan Bolster.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the people who came and helped mom during this time. A special thank you also goes out to Aunt Bonnie, Aunt Kathy, and Wendy for all their care and compassion for mom.
Relatives and friends are invited to call 1:00PM Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at the Old Fashion Revival Center, 13 Kinney Rd. Blaine, where a memorial service will be conducted at 2:00PM with the Rev. Mark Carter officiating. A private interment will take place at Tapley Cemetery at a later date.
