She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Mildred Laughner and sister, Janis Smith.
She attended Purdue University and spent most of her life as a homemaker.
She is survived by her sister, Patty Goss; her 2 children, Monika Pepper (Chris) and Robert Warchus (Carla); 6 grandchildren, Nicole, Tonya, Natasha, Alexis, Zack, and Taylor and 3 great grandchildren, Emma, Ethan, and Braden.
A celebration of Sharon's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025, at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 5141 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor her memory, share stories, and celebrate a life well lived from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
The family invites those who knew Sharon to share their memories, photographs, and condolences online, helping to honor her legacy and keep her memory alive.
