Sharon Ann Luce, 68, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Sharon was born on April 10, 1957 in Oregon, Ohio to Alvin and Madonna (Bladel) Stuard, Sr.
Sharon had a creative spirit and a love for life's simple pleasures. She found great joy in crafting, especially crocheting and making decorative wreaths and miniature lighthouses, each piece a reflection of her warmth and imagination. Sharon cherished time spent camping under the stars, sharing stories around the fire, and never turned down a good game of cards with family and friends. Shopping was one of her favorite pastimes, often turned into an adventure of laughter and discovery. Her hobbies brought beauty into the lives of those around her and will be remembered with fondness and love.
Left to forever cherish her memory are her children, Thomas (Heather) Luce, II, Rich (Nancy) Luce, Jeremy Smith, April Sterling and Jaclynn Smith; grandchildren, Thomas Luce, III, Kyla (Ali) Elkhecen, Skyler Jaros, Tyler Sterling, Anita Smith, Justin Luce, Jacob Luce, Mazzie luce, Izabella Hall, Richie Luce, Lillianna Luce, Damian Snider and Lexi Krueger; and siblings, Elizabeth Caddarette, Bernard (Darlene) Stuard, James (Cynthia) Stuard, Brenda (Arthur) Cowell, and Karen (Irvin) Culberston.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Alvin and Dawn Stuard.
The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., Wednesday, May 14, 2025, from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. where funeral services will begin at 7:00 p.m. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Toledo Humane Society.
