Sharon Shrader Obituary Halfway, MD Sharon Robin Shrader, 73, of Halfway, MD passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025, at her home.
She was born on June 17, 1951, in New Brunswick, NJ to the late Walter Irving and Patricia Ann (Corrigan) Magaw.
Sharon was a 1969 graduate of South Hagerstown High School.
She was previously employed by Harper & Row Publishers in Hagerstown, MD for many years and most recently employed by Fuji Color in Hagerstown, MD until her retirement.
She was of the Protestant Faith.
Sharon was a member of the Humane Society of Washington County and previously was a member of the Coke & Budweiser Bowling League at Southside Bowling Lanes.
She enjoyed going to flea markets, trips to Dresden, OH to the Longaberger facility and Gettysburg to the Boyds Bear facility. She also enjoyed playing bingo.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Guy Wayne Shrader whom she married on July 27, 1980; brother David R. Magaw and his wife Betsy of Hagerstown, MD; nephew Brian D Magaw of Hagerstown, MD; nephew Christopher S. Magaw and his wife Nicole of Hagerstown, MD; great nephew Jaxson S. Magaw of Hagerstown, MD; great nephew Blake C. Magaw of Hagerstown, MD.
The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Monday, May 19, 2025, from 6:00 8:00 pm. The funeral home will be open after 12:00 (noon) on Monday for the convenience of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 2:00 pm with Pastor Floyd Robinson officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD.
