Age 61 of Coon Rapids passed away on Friday, June 14, 2024. Preceded in death by parents Virgil & Maxine. Survived by wife Shelly; son Ryan (Mary); daughter Maresa (Jason) Kuklock; granddaughter Lydia; sister Shari Backman; nephew Adam Backman; niece Abby (Jason) Chouinard. Also survived by other family & friends, A service to celebrate Shawn's life will be on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 11 AM, with a visitation 1 hour before at Washburn McReavy Coon Rapids Chapel, 1827 Coon Rapids Blvd, NW, Coon Rapids. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
