Shawnric Ryan Lewis 39 of Sheridan died Thursday, February 13, 2025. He was born in Tipton, Indiana on May 30, 1985 to Richart Drake Lewis and Vivian Lynn (Fecher).
Shawnric was a 2003 graduate of Sheridan High School. He greatly enjoyed reading and writing. He was known to often write letter to his family and friends expressing himself in words. Shawnric was also a music buff; he enjoyed playing the guitar and singing many songs.
Survivors include his mother and father, Vivian and Richard Walters of Sheridan, a daughter Kharma Reighn in Sheridan, siblings James Byron Dean Lewis, Glen Michael Leland Lewis, Danielle Kay-Lynn Johns, Gabriel Bryant Walters and Ariel Lorraine Walters.
A celebration of Shawnric’s life will be held on Saturday, February 22, at 1:00 P.M. at Lifepointe Community Church, 3233 W. 166th Street in Westfield with Pastor Woody Cumbie presiding. The family will receive friends from noon until service time on Saturday at the church.
