She spent many years as a store clerk for Hallmark. Sheila took great pride in collecting antiques, hallmark ornaments, listening to Alabama and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one brother Donald C Arthur II, one great nephew Colten Luikart.
Sheila is survived by one niece Megan Luikart of Marlinton,WV, one nephew Chad Arthur(Nesia) of Winfield, WV, Four great nieces Allie (Austin), Delania (Logan), and Aubriee, all of Marlinton and Kira of Winfield, WV, three great nephews Quentian, Hunter,and Eli of Winfield, WV, one sister in law Doris Arthur of Marlinton, WV.
In keeping Sheila's wishes she will be cremated with a private family service held at a later date.
A special thank you to her neighbors and close friends Rick and Pam Dosier.
