Sheila Diana Coleman Barham, age 62, passed away after a courageous 20-year journey with brain cancer.

For two decades, Sheila faced her illness with quiet strength, grace, and unwavering faith. Though cancer changed many things, it never defined her. She endured with resilience, loved deeply, and after many years of fighting, was at peace and ready to go home.

Sheila was a devoted mother and a loving grandmother. Her daughters were her world, and her grandson was her greatest joy. Her love was steady, unconditional, and constant.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gilbert Barham. We find comfort in knowing she is now reunited with him-whole, healed, and free from pain.

She is also preceded in death by her parents Leroy Coleman, Diana Lafferty, James Lafferty.

She is survived by her two daughters, Casey Russell and Codee Basham (Danny); her grandson, Maddox; her uncle Sonny Sodoma, her brothers, Jimmie Coleman and Jackie Coleman (Missy) and countless nieces and nephews.

Services will be visitation Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Wilcox Funeral Home and Service Monday, at Madden Baptist Church at 2:00pm with burial in the Arbor Cemetery.
