Sheila Ruth Campbell, 70, passed away August 5, 2025. She was born March 22, 1955 in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Her family relocated to the Jacksonville Beaches area in 1964. She spent many years in Atlantic Beach, Florida attending Fletcher High School before moving out of the state in 1989, only to return in 2005, where she spent the remainder of her life.

Sheila’s heart knew no bounds. She was a loving friend and mother. Sheila dedicated her life to her children, notably her disabled son. She loved animals and cared for many in her lifetime. Sheila will be remembered by friends and family for her fierce generosity, love and caring nature.

Sheila is survived by her siblings Scott Campbell and Kimberly Russell (James). Devoted children, son Paul Wantage, daughter Stephanie Morgan (Brett) and grandson Henry. She was predeceased by her father Myles Campbell (1988) and her mother Lillian Campbell (2018).

A Celebration of Life will be held from 3-5pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at The Fish Company & Oyster Bar.
